Lee Rochester is the Director, Head of Financial Services Practice for Crown & Marks. Lee has in excess of 12 years experience in the Australian executive search market with broad expertise across a range of sectors. His experience includes senior appointments within finance, treasury, risk management, investment banking, institutional/commercial banking, investment management, financial markets,and equities.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Management) and Diploma of Business Studies (Finance) from Massey University, New Zealand.

Prior to joining Crown & Marks, Lee successfully led and developed the Financial Services Practice for a global consultancy organisation and has significant experience in the sector both nationally and internationally.

Before developing his career in Executive Search, he undertook a range of roles within risk management and institutional banking for several Australasian and global financial services firms in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. This experience has enabled Lee to develop a detailed understanding of the global and local financial services market and leverage this knowledge across his client base.

Lee has successfully executed a wide range of search roles including managing directors, directors, divisional heads, chief financial officers, and chief risk officers across a range of sectors.
