Geoff Brunsdon is a professional company director and is currently Chairman of ING Private Equity Access Ltd, a specialist private equity fund management company which is listed on the ASX. Mr Brunsdon is a director of APN Funds Management Limited the Responsible Entity of the APN group’s managed funds, Macquarie University Hospital and a director of Sims Metal Management Ltd.

Mr Brunsdon was previously Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of Merrill Lynch International (Australia) Limited. He has extensive experience in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions having been in the industry since 1980. He continues to provide strategic advice to companies.

Mr Brunsdon was a member of the listing committee of the Australian Stock Exchange between 1993 and 1997. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of FINSIA and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Brunsdon is also involved in several non-profit organisations including as Chairman of Redkite (supporting families who have children with cancer), the Wentworth Group of Concerned Scientists and Purves Environmental Custodians. Currently he is the Chair of the Advisory Board of Crown & Marks, as well as providing a number of other advisory and consulting services.
